As a Director of Dhi School of Excellence, Prashanth plays a key role in shaping the school's ethos of excellence and values-based learning. His way of work is methodical and precise, marked by discipline and clarity of purpose - qualities that ensure Dhi's growth remains steady, thoughtful, and aligned with its founding vision of blending world-class education with Indian tradition, culture, and values. Alongside his role in education, Prashanth heads key verticals of the Terala Group, including Construction, Livestock and Warehousing, where his leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. His strategic thinking and meticulous approach have helped strengthen the group's position as a trusted and diversified business house in Telangana. Beyond business, Prashanth is deeply involved in social and community initiatives. Dr. Mona Mehdi

With over three decades of distinguished experience in education, Dr. Mona Mehdi stands as a visionary academic leader whose career has been defined by innovation, commitment, and excellence. Armed with a PhD in Education, Dr Mehdi has held leadership roles at prominent institutions in Lucknow and Hyderabad, including Meridian, Orchids and Jain Group of Institutions, where she not only headed the branch but also served as Secretary of the Academic Council and oversaw the K-12 schools of the cluster. She has taught and led schools affiliated with the ICSE, CBSE, IB (PYP), and Cambridge curricula, giving her a truly diverse understanding of education systems. As Head of Institute, she has successfully blended global standards with strong Indian values, creating an environment where learners are inspired to think, create, collaborate and lead. She has pioneered tech-enabled learning environments, integrated sustainability into curricula, and developed frameworks that prepare students for academic excellence by empowering faculty members to be co-learners and catalysts of transformation. Sri Srinivas Thouta

Sri Srinivas Thouta is a transformative leader with over 50 years of experience in the power & infrastructure industry. His service in the field of engineering was characterised by strategic foresight, execution discipline and his commitment to serving the people. He graduated with a Distinction in Electrical Engineering at Osmania University and has enjoyed a glorious professional career in government, state utilities and in large-scale individual businesses. He has led some of the most important power infrastructure projects in the state with an extraordinary career of over 11 years as a Director (Projects and IT) in the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL). The success of his leadership saw him complete more than 400 substations, reinforce the state grid, and lead to the supply of uninterrupted power to millions. He also pioneered India's first large-scale automation of 226 substations in Hyderabad, drastically reducing supply interruptions and elevating consumer satisfaction while supporting the productivity of the city's IT ecosystem. His skill in project lifecycle (tendering, budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring, and contract management) has always resulted in high-impact performance that was completed on time and within budget and to high standards. He played a key contributor to SAP-PS module implementation, he has strengthened organisational systems, vendor frameworks, and risk governance with technology-driven processes. In 2024, Sri Thouta brought his expertise to the private sector as Consultant Director of Engineering at Honer Homes where he continues to implement best practices in documentation, procurement, tendering, sequencing, and quality control. His futuristic thinking, economical sourcing and innovation of processes have contributed to high levels of efficiency and on-time delivery of various developments that have been of high customer satisfaction.
